Welcome to our new online Windows Fair Management portal
The Citrus County Fair wants to make your online experience as pleasant and efficient as possible; however there are a
few things you will need to know.
It is extremely important that you read and understand all the rules involved for your project. IAFE AND NATIONAL
CODE OF SHOW RING ETHICS AS WELL AS THE CITRUS COUNTY FAIR GENERAL RULES AND THE RULES SPECIFIC TO THE
SPECIES OF YOUR PROJECT.
- Please continue to complete your registration form(s) and email, fax or download them to the Citrus County Fair
at the time of registration; [email protected] or fax to 352-726-3121 or use the Red Upload File
button during the registration process.
- Each Exhibitor will be required to create and use a login account when using this new portal. It is very
important that you create a login and password that you will remember. You should use this same login if you
decide to register online for another species to be shown at the Citrus County Fair. There is a one-time $2.00
fee that will cover all online entries providing that you use this same login account.
- Club registration requirement: It is imperative that our office receives your showperson’s name and their date
of birth. The online entries selections do not include these required fields. Again, you will need to complete the
registration form and forward to this Citrus County Fair at the time of registration.
- Exhibitors in all categories, please use “Animal Name” as your breed of animal (if applicable).
- Steer exhibitors: registration form must be completed and emailed to fair at the time of entry. Exhibitors must
include their social security numbers. You can enter and pay for Cattle camp online, but you must fill out the
registration form and return it to the email address listed above at the time of registration.
- Swine exhibitors: registration form must be completed and emailed to fair at the time of entry. Exhibitors must
include their social security numbers.
- Beef - Heifer/Cow Calf exhibitors: registration form must be completed and emailed to fair at the time of entry.
Please choose the correct class - pay close attention to select the proper class as a Citrus County Resident or
reside out of county. Please enter the breed of your exhibit into one of the custom fields. Cattle Camp
registration can be taken online, you must fill out the form and email to the email address listed above at the
time of registration.
- Poultry exhibitors: registration form must be completed and emailed to fair at the time of entry. There is a list
of Poultry breeds that can be viewed online to help you determine which class your exhibit will need to be
shown in. Please enter the breed of your bird in one of the custom fields. Pee Wee are limited to 2 and Youth
are limited to 4 birds. POM exhibitors must include their social security numbers.
- Rabbit exhibitors: registration form must be completed and emailed to fair at the time of entry. Pee Wee are
limited to 2 and Youth are limited to 4 rabbits. POM exhibitors must include their social security numbers.
- Goat exhibitors: Pay close attention to out of county and Citrus County Resident - choose correct class. Market
exhibitors must include their social security numbers.
- Sheep exhibitors: Pay close attention to out of county and Citrus County Resident - choose correct class. Market
exhibitors must include their social security numbers.
- Horse exhibitors: Pay close attention to out of county and Citrus County Resident - choose correct class.
- Fair membership: Can be purchased online - “Buy Tickets/Items” tab prior to login. You must complete the
membership application and email it to the fair office at the time of application
- T-Shirts: Can be ordered online - “Buy Tickets/Items” tab prior to login. You must complete the order form and
email it to the fair office at the time of order.
